About Jackaloki

Jackaloki is a fanfiction writer who cross-publishes fanfiction on archiveofourown.org and FanFiction.net. They started this blog because they know they tend to get chatty in the author's notes, and most people don't want to read that.

So far, Jackaloki has written one 160,000+ word multi-chapter fanfiction called Eat, Pray, Loki, plus one related story, Eat, Pray, Loki Summer Special: TVA Beach Blanket Bingo. On Friday, September 10th, 2021, the first chapter of the sequel to Eat, Pray, Loki, titled Four Weddings and an Asgardian Funeral, will be posted.

Jackaloki's stories blend humor with hurt/comfort, and have been described by readers as "wholesome," "sweet," "lmao," "the kind of comfort/crack fic you save for a rainy day," and "I should really be working/paying attention to my class instead of reading this."

Jackaloki's stories generally carry a "T" for teen rating and explore some adult themes without getting too dark. (Four Weddings may get a little darker than EPL, but there should be plenty of humor too, and everything will turn out okay in the end.) 

The stories sometimes feature background relationships between characters (M/F, M/M, F/F, other), but are smut-free. (Jackaloki has no objection to other writers' smut, btw; they just leave that kind of thing to those capable of writing it without turning it into a joke.)
